Nov'99 statistical study on 90 students' perceptions of this college courses, instructors, and other related college personnel interpreted by Dr. Ron Patterson of GA. State Univ. Statistics Dept.: The true overall percentage of agreement between the speaking voice perception (VOICE PROFILE) & the written perception is 72% plus or minus 9% points.

Aug'98 anecdotal study at an Assisted Living Center on whether compatibility between the superior and employees affected employment retention. ( 5 certified nursing assistants and their superior)  Each expressed her speaking voice perception (VOICE PROFILE) of how she got along with the director. Three certified nursing assistants quit 3 months after the VOICE PROFILES were taken.  Of those  three, 2 had either 0% - 40% compatibility (a match which drains energy) with the director.  The director rated her compatibility with all three as 40% - 60% (fair compatibility with potential stressors).

　

　

How Does A Voice Profile Occur?

Give a voice sample either at your office or over the phone. The acoustic sample is made into a voice graph by a sophisticated computer program. Give the name of the person with whom you want to know your level of compatibility with. This creates a second voice graph. The two graphs are interpreted for mental and emotional compatibility on a rating scale. Strategies are discussed to enhance and identify communication techniques.
